Below are the planned subscription tiers for launch. Exact pricing will be released prior to public launch.

1. Independent EP Plan

Ideal for independent EPs.

For EP groups, consultancies, and small organisations (2–10 EPs).

3. Local Authority Service Plan

Designed for EP teams working within Local Authorities.

Price: Custom annual licence (volume-based)


Includes everything in the Small Team Plan, plus:

  • Unlimited users (EPs, assistant psychologists, trainees)

  • Dedicated LA template library

  • Custom template development support

  • Secure team workspace

  • Named account manager and multiple administrator roles
